A guarantee deposit of 300€ will be requested upon arrival as a surety for the value of the property and its belongings.

A guarantee deposit of 50€ will also be requested as a surety of the cleanliness of the property.

These two deposits will be returned to you by post only after your departure and the property has been checked.
